The High Threat Protection Specialist Course was conceived and designed by Secfor International, co-founder of Absolute Protection Group, for MiraCosta College in Oceanside California. Secfor has provided MiraCosta College a team of experienced instructors and subject matter experts to deliver this one-of-a-kind course.
Currently the MiraCosta-Secfor team delivers two courses covered by GI Bill benefits:
1) Certified Armed Protection Specialist course
2) High Threat Protection Specialist Course
MiraCosta College:
MiraCosta College is located coastal North San Diego County; approximately 35 miles north of San Diego and 90 miles south of Los Angeles. Major highway access is Interstate 5 and Highway 78; closest major airport, San Diego Lindbergh. MiraCosta College’s Oceanside Campus is located on a 121-acre hilltop site with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains. The campus opened in 1964 and now serves more than 10,500 students each semester. Offering a full spectrum of classes leading to an associate degree, certificate or transfer to a four-year university, the college has been providing military educational services to nearby US Marine Base, Camp Pendleton, for years.
