What the professionals say about SECFOR’s Tactical Combat Casualty Care / TCCC Training programs
“This Tactical medicine course is by far the best I have seen in my 15 years of service in the SEAL teams. The final exercise is as realistic and stressful as I’ve seen in a training environment. They not only hit the wickets for the cert but also provide some unparalleled realistic training scenarios utilizing Hollywood makeup artists and the most knowledgeable instructors in the business.”
Josh K

“I am a 12 year Paramedic, SWAT Medic and WPS1/WPS2 PSS Paramedic…I took this course years ago and to this day it is the best tactical combat casualty program I have ever been to.”

Students above resorting to back-up tourniquets during mass casualty final scenario testing. During a mass casualty incident, it is likely that resources will be quickly depleted, and non CoTCCC approved or improvised tourniquets may be the only hemorrhage control devices available.
